Hassel free option. London lets will take control of renting. From finding a suitable tenant, where we carry out extensive checks on each tenant.
After we have found you a suitable tenant, we pride ourselves on ensuring we collect the rent to pay our landlords on time. We will carry out six monthly inventory's and send out each landlord photographic evidence. So you can be assured and satisfied that your property is being maintained to a satisfactory standard.

Guaranteed rent
With this option you will receive a lower rental income, but not only will you receive the same hassle free fully management service but you will always receive your rent irrespective of whether we are paid by tenant.
